  : the breakfast is very good, the location is very good , for the room they clean everyday and change towels, we are surprised when we get back to the hotel they cleaned and change towels and rug everyday, we stayed 4 nights.
  : it's just that some people in the hotel doesn't think other people, they make noise when they arrive or leave the hotel, and when they leave, they will not hold the door from opening so it will bang so hard that could make you awake . and we did not realized that the room was small for 2 person plus luggages.

  : Great location. Very helpful staff. They have storage area where you can leave your baggage after check-out. Very well connected. Breakfast was very good, although restaurant is bit small and it is very often too crowed.

  : Its close to a Main Street, Blvd Arago which is close to all the bus lines and train stations to take you to central Paris. There are also several restaurants ($15-25 for dinner) all within a few blocks.
  : It was very expensive ($1300.00 USD) for one week in a two-star hotel. It is a very dated property with a lot of deferred maintenance. Only way I can sum it up in US standards is that it's like a Motel 6, back in the 70s. My room had a broken desk/ledge that wasn't useable because everything kept sliding off because it was detaching from the wall. It had paint peeling in the bathroom and the bedroom walls, stains in toilet, and I found stuff under the bed. The room was also extremely small and difficult to walk around the bed to where the window was. If you opened the swing-in window, it extended over the bed and youd hit your head. One morning, the fire alarm went off by accident. I was near the emergency exit on the 2nd floor and made my way down the emergency exit that led outside (it was 40f that morning) to a yard, but the yard was enclosed by railings with no egress. I had to climb between the railing to get to street level and back into the lobby. If this was a real fire, things couldve been bad. Also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to me and above me and I mean EVERYTHING. Every conversation, every door opening/closing, every flush of the toilet or water running... everything.

  : Room was small but clean, had everything I needed for a short stay basic breakfast with a few simple options (baguette, pastries, scrambled eggs, sliced ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals) staff were very friendly and helpful
  : Walls were quite thin, I could hear quite a bit from the corridor/hallway and the other rooms

  : I had a very quiet room as requested. I like the area with good transport links. The building is in good condition, airy, spacious and light with a good breakfast room and outdoor dining area.
