  : I expected a professional service for this type of price level. We arrived upon one of the coldest day in Paris, the apartment was very cold, no heat had been turned on. The water boiling tank was old so we did not get any warm water before 24 hours later. The person in charge of the check in did not know where and how to turn the warm water on and was insolent when I called to complain saying that we arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled so the appartement could not be heat up as planned. In this old Haussmanian apartment it takes at least 48 hours to have a comfortable warmth!And to top everything we were woken up by insane renovation sounds at 8 in the morning the 23d of December. Unbearable sounds that continued 2 days obliging us to revise all our family Christmas diner plan. as we could not stay in.When again I called Appartement Parisien about this, they said they had no ideas and that they would do a commercial gesture to plaster the wounds.we are the 23rd of January, we left the 27th of December, I have called 15 times.And I have not received any compensation.It is really disappointing
