  : I had originally booked for 2 nights, then tried to amend my booking to 3 nights. The booking.com site would not permit this even though there was availability. I was forced to make a 2nd booking - this meant that there was a 2nd cleaning charge of 41 Euros which was not necessary. I left messages on booking.com and phoned the company Room4me. I have had no message back from them and they have not refunded the money. I gave them advance notice of the situation but they sent a cleaner to the apartment after the 2nd night who did not clean on that occasion. I am still waiting for a reply and refund. Very bad service. Also the apartment looked very nice in the photos but in reality is pretty shabby and needs updating. The coffee machine was very dirty and smelled awful. There is refurbishment going on in the building but no mention was made of this - it was not great to be woken up to constant drilling and hammering.

  : very close to the metro, very safe area so we could rest easy, bed was comfortable (it was a bunk bed + one big bed all in one room).
  : the building was under construction so there were tarps all over the place and metal scaffolding outside the window. there was no control of the heat or AC on the walls so we just used the windows and it was fine

  : we didn't get breakfast once we rent a studio flat and they didn't provide a option to get breakfast
  : the apartment was not as clean as it should have been. There was a lack of care in cleaning, especially in the bathroom. apparently the shower was not cleaned.
