  : Check in was easy. The apartment is fairly spacious, and it was cleaned daily. Reception was really helpful and answered any of our requests and questions immediately.

  : It was an apartment. The short street looked kind of seedy but the overall neighborhood was fantastic - lots of restaurants and 2 minute walk to Gare Montpanasse. Fantastic street market (food on Saturday, art on Sunday) was 5 minute walk. The desk people were extremely helpful and all spoke English. Lots of room in shower and nice bench to set soap and shampoo. In spite of bar down street, it was quiet at night - even Saturday. TV swung away from wall so it was possible to sit on couch (only furniture to sit on) and watch it. Bed was really comfortable. Desk clerk arrange for housekeeping to bring salt/pepper and napkins when we asked for them. Housekeeping came every day and changed towels even though we asked not to (save the water and energy). Door is directly in from street so didn't have to lug suitcases up stairs. Plenty of room in the bathroom and even a double sink (first I've seen anywhere in Europe).
  : Shower pipe leaks badly - sprays all over the place. Someone left the duvet on the mattress in Hide-a-bed couch so the couch didn't fold down all the way. It was really uncomfortable to sit on. And the duvet (on hide-a-bed) was gross - all kinds of stains. The wifi was terrible - kept disconnecting. No view since street level window and heavy shutters for security (I'd rather have the security than the view so nothing they can do but if you expect a room with a view, this isn't it).

  : Nice apartment on ground floor next to lots of restaurant, la gaite metro station and 2mn walk to montparnasse train station.
  : All was great except maybe the sofa bed which was a big noisy when going in.There is a nice bar in front which can bring some noise on weekends nights but our kids didn't bother and slept well. The bedroom that can lock doesn't let noise in.

  : we didn't eat breakfast here. also parisians don't really eat heavy breakfast so if you are looking for ham, bacon and eggs, you really need to find a restaurant that serve that. else, there is always starbucks :|
  : they could have repaired the interior of the apartment better. you can clearly see traces of water seepage inside the apartment and the furniture were kind of broken. but i have to say it is overall a quiet neighborhood given the fact that it is central to all the small theaters and nice restaurants in the area.

  : The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot, with good water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped.
  : I would have liked an additional bolt/ lock on the inside of the main door which we could have used overnight for additional security. The noise from the bar/ club across the road was loud with guests shouting in the street until well into the night. This was only the case on the Tuesday night.
