  : Location was very good. Flexibility of the hotel mgmt to move us to a diff room when we faced an issue with our original room.
  : There was rat in the room.. Had to be driven out.. Next day had another visitor!! Hotel management moved us to an upper floor which did not have rats.

  : Comfortable compact apartment overlooking the street. Windows blocked street noise. Location was very good with access to restaurants, transport and Sacre Cur.
  : No air conditioning in an unseasonal heatwave.

  : Very clean with everything supplied for a comfortable stay. We had a duel aspect room so had two views and plenty of natural light. A good sized room for two people with twin beds. Excellent black-out curtains for sleeping. Helpful and friendly receptionist, (merci Manuella). Property is so near to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, metro and attractions in Montmartre.
  : Noise with a capital N ! Unfortunately, the property is directly above restaurants and a busy street. Didnt get much sleep until things quietened down in the early hours. Lots of noises from the room above too. The price you pay for being so close to everything. Also, the pillows are useless!

  : Location, friendliness and helpfullness of the staff!
  : Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised! The first room we were offered was right above a restaurant. You could not open a window because of the noise and smells! To their credit they moved us the next day to another room, slightly bigger and quiter. Beds seems like foam rubber mattresses and barely meets expectations for a mattress! Difficult to get to hotel! Had to walk with our luggage to get to the hotel! Taxis seem unable to find it as well! Two taxis cancelled on us on day that we checked out! We had to walk to a known crossroads so that the taxi could find us! All in all not an expected 4 star hotel!

  : Only one minor concern/problem, no comfortable seating in the studio.
