  : Location and WiFi was good. The host helped us with our transportation service to and from the airport. Thank you so much.
  : Not ready when we got to the place. We assumed the cleaning lady fell asleep as she was fixing her hair and barefoot when she opened the door.The place smell body odor. Yuck!!!The portable A/C unit shuts down every 10 minutes and turned into a heater.We were literally walking sideways because there was no room to walk for 4 adults with 4 luggages. The place is only good for 2 people. Description on booking.com did not match on the actual property description.We could not wait to get out of that apartment.My friends eczema started to flair up because we were all stressed out.It ruined our vacation in Paris. Poor ventilation. We had difficulty sleeping and not comfortable at all because it was too hot.We could not use the kitchen even the dining area because of lack of room to move around. Was asked for damage deposit but no one showed up on the first day to walk us through with what was working and not working.Host did not even know that there was a broken mirrored sliding closet door. If we didnt inform the host about it, would they make us liable for it? Hopefully not. As I have mentioned, this place is conducive for 2 people/adults with maybe a small child but not for more than 2 adults.

  : Good location. Well heated Unlike other comments, I found the kitchen well equipped, it was just hard to find out where the cooking utensils were!
  : The appartment seems to need some maintenance. The walls have got some humidity, the toilet ring needs replacement. I got the impression that it hadn't been cleaned recently, there was dust on the floor. Also, there was only one towel for 3 people and no toilet paper, and while I was searching, I found in a closet some dirty towels and sheets, I suppose from previous tenants.. so I think they hadn't prepared the room for our arrival. I informed them right away about what was missing and they brought next morning. Lastly, it could be hard to access if you have many luggage

  : When we arrived the apartment was tiny & nothing like the photos we saw on booking.com There was an unpleasant smell which when we opened the bathroom door we found out why Never have I ever been in accommodation so filthy My daughter immediately took photos & I contacted the agent on the WhatsApp number I was given to report the state of the place They offered to send a cleaning team the next morning & I responded by saying surely the cleaning team had already been in & the result was disgusting (see photos)There was no way we could stay there even one night none of us would use the bathroom so I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation which wasnt easy as it was the Paris marathon weekend !!Ive told the agents I expect a full refund for this property as it did not meet the standards advertised
