: You have to count all the kitchen equipment (spoons, forks, plates, etc.) once you enter the place. The pictures show an entire cabin but you will get just one small floor.There is no toilet paper in the house.We could not make a reservation for breakfast evening before.

: Its a step up from camping so its very basic. Location is good and swimming pool was good also - the kids loved the slide.
: We had to pay for bed sheets and towels - which is standard apparently but wasnt very clear to us as we hadnt experienced this before. The counting of the cutlery and crockery before you can leave is a bit odd also - but I suppose it ensures any breakages are accounted for.

: Great pools, not too busy on the premises (unlike the surrounding venues) and close to the lake.
: Some members of the staff were not at all friendly nor helpfull. Our complaint about a strong cigarette smell in our stay was bluntly denied (I still don't understand how that was possible). On another occasion, someone simply refused to help out with the instructions at the washing facilities. The restaurant & entertainment staff however were great!
