  : The suite was beautiful in a bit of a Scandi cold style, but beautifully done, very comfortable and clean. The light in the bathroom was a bit low for make up but otherwise beautiful bathroom. Spa facilites very limited because of Covid
  : The service to accompany the price was not there, no one on staff to carry bags to room, asked them for a hairdresser and they said "it was fully booked" when there were 3 other hairdressers in the village and plenty elsewhere nearby, took 5 min on the net to find one. The only lightbulb in the WC burnt and it took them most of a day to change it, which you would not expect when you're paying 700Eur/night. Overall, not a "can do" attitude, exactly the opposite. Their cancellation policy was also not what you would expect, tried to cancel a 3 day weekend stay with 3 days notice because of a Covid situation that presented itself, and they said that because we booked through Booking.com, we had to pay for the whole stay, and that had we booked directly, they would only charge one night. Booking said that it was up to the hotel and contacted them to ask but they wouldn't budge. In the end, we could go so it was fine but it was definitely stressful and unpleasant at the time, and left us wondering if it was related to them being short on staff and service

  : bathroom were nice. Localisation is quite good.
  : Rooms were big but without soul. We really didn't like the fact that during the covid we were expected to be able to be able to have some choice regarding the in room dinner... we just were offered a carpaccio, some charcuteries and some cheese... really disappointed regarding the price we paid and the successive email in order to make sure to have something decent to eat...

  : What a beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Vanessa, Victor and Nancy were all a pleasure to deal with and made our stay so pleasant. We were given an upgrade to a suite on arrival and our room was stunning and extremely spacious. The Spa was a perfect way to unwind each day with a steam room, cold plunge and massages. Highly recommend Bdesign for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Provence.
  : It would have been nice if the hotel had a main bar area to have pre-dinner drinks or a cocktail in the evening. Also, the restaurant at the hotel has quite limited food options.

  : Very nicely appointed. Especially the pool area is first class. Rooms are spacious and cool. Breakfast is delicious and so was dinner. As an extra, the owner is a gifted entertainer.

  : Heated pool is short - about 10 m.After receiving the room, there was nobody around you could address to : I was totally alone in the pool area, and couldn't find towels...

  : One of the restaurant recommendations was awful. There was also a frustrating miscommunication with the front desk. Friends called to have champagne delivered to my room for my birthday. The front desk told them that I wouldnt be staying that long. When I called they said they had the correct reservation dates so it was a disappointing and confusing miscommunication.
