  : To say that I am in shock is an understatement. But this is not meant in a good sense, but on the contrary, in the worst sense. I will tell you about the attitude of the staff to their clients. To be honest, I met such an attitude for the first time in my life. The situation: We forgot the key in our room and closed the door, but there is no way to get into the room without this key card. So we went to the reception desk and asked for another key. The man gave it to us but did not warn us that the previous key card was already invalid. Therefore, when we left the room, we took any key we found. It turned out to be the one that was given to us upon check-in. When we wanted to get into the room, the key turned out to be invalid, so we went to the reception again. The employee started SHOUTED at us in a RUDE tone, calling us STUPID and saying terrible things, such as: SHUT UP and some rude words. He also threatened that we would sleep in the CORRIDOR. He did not let us say a single word, but only shouted all the time. It's good that I have a video where you can hear it all. But after showing it to the administration, they didn't offer us any compensation. Therefore, please, when going on vacation to Paris - make sure that you have not booked this particular hotel, because the vacation will be SPOILED.I will attach a photo of this employee below so you can see what kind of person he is

  : The location was terrific, less than a minute to walk to Hoche metro station, with frequent trains to Gare du Nord & City Centre taking about 10 minutes. It is a real community area with some cafes, restaurants and a good choice of supermarkets. There is also a large shopping centre next door to the hotel with terrific facilities. You know what you are getting with Campanile and here did not disappoint on any aspect. The room was so clean and the daily cleaning service meant that my room was immaculate each evening. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities impeccable, there was always plenty of hot water available.
  : Air conditioning was advertised but this was not available due to hotel policy, as we were still in "winter season". The bed pillows were on the small side. However, these points were minor and not detract from an excellent stay.

  : Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was secure and felt safe. Easy transport links to all major attractions.
