  : Comfortable bed, very nice bar and breakfast area, excellent breakfast choices and quality of the food
  : 1. The restaurant is closed over the weekend so being in the middle of nowhere is very inconvenient. Yet I wanted to take options from the bar but I only was offered pizza, even for a salad they needed time for approval (in the meantime I just walked to the supermarket to buy something for dinner, definitely no the preferred option for dinner after whole day of work) 2. The room needed better maintenance car: the shower flooring for example as well as the room floor cleaning, the carpet in my room was not clean well: it was after a long time and many travels I didnt dare to walk barefoot. 3. The receptionists are useful but the attitude just felt like not to bother much: for example answer on the restaurant and no food option in a 4* hotel outside of city was like "It is the management's decision". Well yes cool, but they basically don't care about the customers. I stayed in this hotel last year and I was delighted as I didnt experience any of the challenges above (also staying over the weekend) so not sure if there is a change of management but next year I hope I can find other option to stay

  : Cozy place nicely decorated, clean all in all. Most employees were hospitable.
  : The shower area not so practical water can easily flood out on the floor. But manageable.
