  : Woman at check in couldnt have been more rude. Absolutely should not work in hospitality. There are numerous other hotel choices in the immediate area that Id recommend over this first class hotel. What a joke

  : The location in relation to where we were going is perfect Close to the hotel there is a restaurant or two which is also a good thing.
  : The room despite being clean is rundown there were marks on the floor the bedroom window did not close properly. The bathroom is old and quite cramped. The taps for the shower, adjust either too hot to cold and one of the taps you have to turn it quite a bit before it actually moves to adjust the water. The worst part was the wake up call at 6:45 on Saturday morning when somebody deliberately set off the fire alarm! if intentional it is l to get people out of their rooms and then somebody can enter the room and steal stuff. not t a nice feeling!

  : Basic hotel but much much cheaper than other ( similar) ones on this opera night.
  : Bathroom v. small like those in a ferry...so the floor gets wet after a brief shower in which your elows bang the plastic walls many times. Bathroom noise and floor/ ceiling noise from other rooms inevitable.
