  : in our 70s had to climb 3 flights of stairs with cases and every time we went out should say no lift in the write up there is no information of anything in English of what buses etc go to the centre of Nice or anything about the trams to catch a welcome pack is needed in English

  : The flat is modern, well equipped, offers a drying rack, sun umbrella, iron, all kitchen stuff (except for a bottle opener, I had to buy my own one), wifi works well, sugar, salt, vinegar, coffee capsules, washing/drying machine, washing detergent, al the necessities are there. Cleaning was done properly before we arrived.
  : Very old building and therefore terrible pungent smell in the building on the ground and first floor, I had to hold my breath every time when I entered or left the apartment. Sewage smell in the shower all the time, coming probably from old pipes. Very (!!!) noisy street, cars driving even at night and very bad sound insulation. Construction nearby, drilling half of the day (June 2023). No dark blinds on the windows, so if you are a sensitive sleeper, make sure you have eye mask and ears plugs. I couldn't sleep properly a single night. The street where apartment is located is not nice, quite shabby, although in 7min walk you'll be at a beautiful Garibaldi square. One window faces the noisy street, another - dirty shabby inner side of the building. Although apartment is nicely renovated, has two windows and a window in the roof, it is quite dark and it feels like you are in the cave. I wouldn't rent it again. The owner gave the whatsapp number for communication and I had a strong feeling I was talking to the chatbot, not a real person. For the same price and same number of nights that I paid here, I have rented another aparthotel in the very city center with the quality 10 time better than this.

  : Someone needs to sharpen the knives in the kitchen ;)The apartment is located a bit on the side, 15min walk from the old Nice. Currently, it is next to a big construction (as of summer 2023). There was NO noise from the construction when we were there, but be aware that this might be changing.

  : Overall, it was a good apartment. The location was an 8-minute walk from the metro station and 2 bus stations nearby. However, the neighbourhood is not that nice. In a 4-minute walk, you will end up in a good neighbourhood, btw.There is a Lidl supermarket nearby which you can purchase everything.The bed was good. The apartment facilities were good and enough.The property manager ( Delphine) is a kind-hearted person trying to support as much as she can.Overall, it was a good stay for me.
  : The room could be cleaner ( especially floor and cabinets).Due to working sites in this street, the noise can bother you if you are a light sleeping person. I guess they need to change the windows into 2 layers system so they can block the noise completely.
