  : The staff was very pleasant. They offer free refillable water for guests to take to their rooms. They have a free coffee machine.
  : The air conditioning didn't function and our room was extremely hot. One staff member told us they hadn't changed the settings in the hotel and it would only blow out hot air. It made it impossible to sleep the first night, with the window open and the sounds of the train station right across the street. We would open the hall door and the window to try to circulate some air and found other guest doing the same. The second night they did give us a fan for the room, but don't offer it to all guests as we were told they only have two. The third night we were told that we could have changed rooms if we had asked, but there wasn't availability for a room with a better air flow as half the rooms are located down corridors with poor ventilation and the afternoon sun beating down on them. A decent hotel would have heating and cooling at the touch of a dial. The bathroom had new fixtures and tiles, but the shower's water would continue to change from scalding to freezing on its own and quite rapidly. I assume we were competing for water flow with other guests. I wish I was exaggerating about it being quite difficult to even endure a 5 min shower. The room itself was small and cute, but poorly cleaned. Our beds had not been set up into two singles as requested and confirmed. The bathroom floor was sticky and the shower base was moldy and uninviting to risk a shower without flip flops. Upon entering the first time, crumbs were quite obvious next to the entryway, like someone had just eaten a brioche. A trash bin magically appeared the second afternoon after housekeeping passed. But alas, most the crumbs remained beneath the bin even after it had been placed.
