: No elevatorHad to pick up and return keys to location a kilometer away from apt. Need a key drop at apartment.Lovely no traffic street location but plan on walking in and out with luggage.

: The front door of the apartment is nearly impossible to open and difficulty was not disclosed in booking. Do NOT like having to pick up and return keys offsite. Very annoying. And there are a lot of stairs that should have pictures included in disclosure

: The flat was very well provided with all mod cons in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was comfortable seating in the living room and a good sized table and chairs for mealtimes. The air con system was very effective but not that easy to use (although there were instructions on the website). The TV was very good and the operation instructions on the website were pretty comprehensive.
: We stayed 12 nights and there was no towel or sheet change or cleaning service in that time. We had to wash and dry the towels and sheets ourselves. We were offered a service for an additional payment of 30 euros which we declined as we felt that was out of order and we felt the email that offered it was bordering on rude. A 12 night stay should merit this as standard. The bin repository was quite a long way away but I guess that's common for most accommodations in the old town.
