  : Good location, nice staff, clean apartment, comfortable.
  : We didnt have enough toilet paper for the nights we stayed, and they wouldnt give us an extra roll. Instead we were told to buy it ourselves. Bought a large pack, so the next guests will have plenty of paper to use.

  : Fantastic location. Central but not too noisy. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment. Staff in office where we collected the keys and left bags really friendly and helpful.
  : Wasn't clear when initially booking that there was only one bedroom plus sofa bed in living area. Not a problem for a family group but could be an issue for other parties.

  : The location is amazing - very central in an old town - surrounded by beautiful buildings. The balcony really allows you to soak up the old town atmosphere. The apartment is renovated and is modern. It is spacious - various areas available. It is well stocked as well and there is a lot of info available (guides etc) in the apartment for the surrounding area. I would say this is a great property for a couple or friends, not so much for a family with a young baby.
  : The property is great but maybe not so much suited for a family with a young baby. There are stairs - need to carry the stroller up. The bed in the main bedroom was in fact a twin bed so our baby could not sleep with us. They provided a baby bed at an additional charge but we had to put it together ourselves. The baby chair was available for another 25eur, which is very expensive and I saw that other properties provide it free of charge or cheaper. There are a lot of decorative items in the apartment, which we had to put away so that the baby does not take them. We got charged for the bed sheets since the baby threw up on them.

  : It is realy nice apartment in the heart of Nice
  : Because it is in the center of Nice it is realy loud at night. Drunk people were loud every day till 5 in the morning, at 5:30 they start to taking out tresh, cleaning streets, prepering restaurants down on the piaza and it is againg loud. So if you are light sleeper this is not apartment for you.

  : The location was superb, everything we needed was within walking distance. Because the apartment over looked the cathedral square we were able to enjoy the atmosphere and bustle of the old town.
  : Might be accessibility problems for someone who couldn't manage steps.
