  : We loved the location & available facilities.
  : The street lights were BRIGHT, it felt like daylight throughout the night. Maybe heavier curtains or full window coverage would be better

  : The location was perfect. Everything was at walking distance (th beache, bars, restaurants,..)The appartment was very clean and had everything (its very well equipped).We were surprised to have very nice bottle of wine offered by th hosts.Yann was very helpful and took th time to give us all th information we needed.
  : It was very hot in the sleeping part in the attick. There was an air conditionner in the living room but th cooling wasnt enough to cool the attick.

  : Sofa bed was not suitable for adults we had to put the mattress on the floor to avoid the sofa collapsing .The stairs are in need of a hand rail as quite dangerous. The step(different floor levels) couldHave some sort of hazard tape along the edge to prevent people tripping. Couldnt get tv to work at all and no instructions for use of the central heating soHad to use the electric heaters

  : Location is good for access to the old town but it is quite loud at night
  : Noise at night and light made it hard to sleep. We had to use eyemasks and earplugs

  : The location of this apartment is perfect for experiencing life in Vieux Nice. At the heart of all the hustle and bustle of the old town, in the maze of small back streets, it's also quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment is a good size for 2 people, and is well equipped - we were able to cater for ourselves for dinner when we wanted, and we particularly appreciated the air conditioning during the hot July days.
  : The bed on the mezzanine level can be awkward to access (very low ceiling there), and won't be suitable for those who are claustrophobic or have mobility issues. It was reasonably comfortable, but quite hot up there even with the air con running.

  : The location was superb.
  : The main thing was that the curtains don't cover the windows, so there is A LOT of light that comes in from the street lamps and leaves the place lit up overnight. There is also no curtain in the kitchen, which is a bit awkward as it overlooks another unit and a stairwell. Plus, the front gate doesn't seem to lock and we found a few homeless people sleeping in the foyer as it had been raining, which wasn't a problem for us but scared the s#@t out of my 4 year old.

  : The service was very good, responsive and helpful. The dcor was tasteful and fun... with Jack Nicholson as our host.
  : The curtains did not block out the light so my sister had to use eye covers.
