  : The location in the old town of Nice is amazing.
  : Had to pick up the keys for the apartment at the „bagguys“. The guy how handed over the keys was incredible harsh. He attacked us for about 5 minutes because we did not provide flight details. By the way he did not ask for the information before our arrival in Nice. Never again.

  : Location is excellent. Really close to everything and right in the middle of the old town.
  : Headroom on the mezzanine was a bit low but as it's only used for sleeping it wasn't a problem

  : The fact that the bedroom roof was very low. I couldn’t walk upright at all. Felt like a hobbit

  : Excellent location in Old Nice! Steps away from the local morning and evening market. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Staircase leading up to the apartment is steep and narrow, which could be challenging for those with mobility concerns. There are also steps up to the sleeping area, with a low ceiling. You will have to duck! Overall we had a great time here.
  : No real negative comments, but a mat or chair that you could bring to the rocky beach would be an easy upgrade. Towels were also on the small side.

  : There were 2 of us. Apartment was very beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was included. Very clean. Very spacious. Excellent location. Plenty of restaurant locations, deli, pharmacy, markets nearby. Shopping easy to walk to. Beach 5 mins to walk to - lovely to walk along at night with entertainment. Definitely recommend this property.
  : It didn't bother us but there are steep stairs to the apartment and the maisonette bedroom ceiling is low so you must walk bent over - again didn't bother us we loved it but for those with physicality issues may find the stairs to the apartment particularly hard going.

  : Great location. Clean and modern apartment.
  : Beds were a little uncomfortable as were the pillows. Also, we could hear the neighbours above walking around a lot.

  : The host meeting us at the property was great and even offered a complimentary wine, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was really nice and open. Enough bedding for two kids and two adults. The location was perfect in the middle of all the action. Restaurant and stores surrounding us, the market right in front of our street, and two streets ahead is the beach.
  : The only things we didn’t care for are the steep stairs leading up to the apartment, which we were okay walking them but they are steep. Also, there is a winery/bar right below the apartment that was loud until late but thankfully with the windows shut, a/c on and the tv on low we were able to drown out the sound. Overall, these issues could bother some guests but we worked through them!
