  : The location in the middle, back of old town Nice, made it easy to walk around this amazing place but also made it difficult to arrange a drop off and pick up with luggage. Walking in and out with steps was the only option, so people with mobility issues be aware! We would have appreciated a heads up from Aparthotel as we asked for no steps and/or a lift and this could have been achieved in a different apartment. The room did have two of the items we specifically asked for; a large walk-in shower and a washing machine, but nowhere to hang the wet washing and the shower was mouldy and very dirty. Unit Chateau #2 only has an internal window so be aware it is very dark. When we checked in the next day the girl on reception said shed send someone around.
  : It looked and felt like the unit had not been cleaned or maintained prior to our arrival. For instance, a grey mat was so filthy and stained that we asked for its removal, it was giving my wife hay fever from the dust. The clothes rack was broken, one of the two drinking glasses was cracked, the dining table wobbled, the shower was mouldy, bed pillows were horrible and none of the written instructions for the TV and washing machine matched the items installed. Someone did arrive and completed a few jobs but also promised to come back with a clothes rack and organise maintenance for the shower. Never happened.

  : this property is very close to everything in the old town and has enough of the basic facilities for a pleasant stay and was neat and tidy on our arrival. staff where we collected keys were very helpful and polite and friendly
  : it was exceptionally loud outside most of the time and throughout the night because the apartment is right beside restaurants - this element did not suit us but if you can sleep through a snow storm or youre out all night anyway it might not worry you there was a lack of blockout curtains in the bedrooms so very hard to manage brightness of the lights of outside

  : Need to like stairs to be in this apartment. Very traditionally styled and general standard let it down. Bathroom and toilet need modernising!

  : Keys easy to pick up from the office. Central location close to everything but far away enough not to be troubled by noise. Clean apartment with comfortable bed.

  : The AC units worked really well and the beds were decently comfortable. We also really liked the location as it was close to restaurants in Old Town and close to the beach.
  : We werent aware till the day of check-in that wed have a 4th floor apartment with no elevator. That was extremely disappointing. Also the unit we were given was not accurately represented by photos on the listing. The listing chose the brightest spaces to highlight and our unit was dark, dingy and extremely old. The toilet in particular almost tipped over every time we used it.

  : The apartment was very poor and we had to book alternative accommodation for the last of our 3 nights. We raised this with the reception host.
  : Only positive thing was the location. 9 flights of stairs we were unaware of, garbage left at the entrance, rooms were not clear. Toilet doors would not close, no hot water etc,,etc.

  : beautifully renovated and furnished and great location in old town. reception staff (located nearby) were very helpful.
  : very very noisy at night from outside restaurants and bars (until 5.00am) and no lift! Five floors up a steep staircase with heavy luggage.
