  : This a restaurant and wine cellar with some rooms rather than a hotel with a restaurant. As such, I recommend taking advantage of this, if only because the nearest option for a meal is probably a drive away. We did and were not disappointed. The meal was excellent and the room was pleasant and quiet.
  : We happened to stop there on a quiet day, but I don't know what parking would be like on a busy one.

  : The restaurant is the real selling point here. Great food and wine. Lovely surroundings.
  : Rooms a bit dusty and cobwebby. No a/c so you need the windows open which is fine. But the village church bell chimes the hour, every hour, and every half hour. And its possibly the loudest church bell Ive ever heard!

  : Beautiful building, really great restaurant with a pretty courtyard which is perfect for warm weather dining, a sofa area for drinks in the rose filled garden (in June at least ), aesthetically pleasing restaurant indoors, really great food (creative mix of flavours, beautifully presented, not cheap but very fair for the quality of food and presentation) - note this is more of a renowned restaurant in the area with 4 rooms than hotel with a restaurant so maybe book in advance at busy times. Room was very clean and comfortable. A simple serve yourself breakfast included in the price.
  : My room was not quite as light and bright as I'd have liked but nice furnishings, very clean, and my bathroom was bright and light (I had the "garden room" which looks out into a grass lawn level with the bottom of the window). Note: this is in no way a criticism of the hotel, just a FYI: there is no public transport to the hotel, it would be really better to have your own car as taxi to go 15 mins was 30 euros. I knew it was in a tiny village before with no public transport but just a "warning" to other travellers in case you didn't know.
