  : The room was very reasonably priced and the check in machine was self explanatory and easy to use

  : I booked 2 rooms for my family but 1 room was completly dirty when we checked in, see the photo! When we arrived the room wasn't cleaned at all, the bed has been slept!!!!! and everyrhing was dirty!!!! There has been smoking in the rooms. That was the intention to be a good clean room for my children, but they got a big disapointing dirty room instead! And the shower in the halleay was also very dirty. When we informed the reception the next morning she was soooo rude and ignored us completly. Unbelievably rude! I was ashamed of her behavior in front of my children. I think I should have a refund of my money, because I paid for 2 rooms but used only one room with our own bedding and sleeping bag. I one word - a huge disappointment! Never go to this hotel!

  : The owner was incredibly friendly, and the overall value was extremely good. Perfect place for us to stay in the outskirts of Strasbourg. The bed configuration was good.
