  : there was no English speaking staff that was available to help us in our needs, had specify upon booking that we needed to be beside/adjacent to a family that we were along with during the holidays but the staff said that they cant do anything about it. so what is the point of including a special request box that the hotel couldnt give. the location of the hotel was also partly hidden from the main street and no proper signs are visible, aside from that the pins that was provided for using the gates and rooms are not user friendly. as a tourist i strongly recommend that staff should learn or have the knowledge to converse in English.
