  : The suite was excellent - very spacious with a balcony and amazing sea views, overlooking the swimming pool. Lighting was great and the bathroom was large with bath and shower. It was very clean. The pool and other facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, changing room, showers, etc.) were great too!
  : The breakfast was good but for €24 you would expect more variety of hot foods. A couple of the staff were unfriendly, however the language barrier (we don't speak french) might have been a reason for this. All in all, it's a beautiful hotel, fairly priced and worth a stay.

  : Good location close to the beach, so you can choose whether to hang at the pool or to go to the beach; dogs permitted to stay for a fee.
  : This hotel chain has poor deposit/card preauthorisation system: be ready that your money may be blocked for long time (in my case we were told they will be unfrozen on the date of departure, while in fact I only could use them 1 month after check out). Be prepared for loud road noise from cars and motorbikes, including at night, if your room faces that side of the hotel. Also, despite the pet fee was charged for every day, the dog amenities were only provided in the second day (despite promised at the check-in); same for shower gel which was not provided even after request from reception, so had to hunt around the hotel for a cleaning lady and ask the gel to her. Finally, if you want to go to the city centre, the public transportation is not very convenient and takes quite long

  : The gentleman in the night shift was very helpful, professional and reacted immediately when I complained about the issues in my room. The location is great due to the nearby beach.
  : Due to the film festival, there was a high demand for rooms and the staff had a lot to do. But some of the things I had to endure were simply not acceptable, even for mid class hotels.The personell told me the wrong times for the breakfast. In the bed there were bedbugs and the bathroom smelled like an ash tray. The „do not disturb“ sign was ignored by the staff. When I complained about the bedbugs, the employee at the night counter reacted very professionally and provided me with an alternative room and offered cleaning my clothes that may came into contact with the insects. I followed the instructions and sent videos and photos of the infested bed to the service-mail-address. Until today, I have not received any response, neither did anyone apologise for the inconveniences. The week before I travelled through France and received way better service in Hotels half the price. This is no exaggeration.
