  : Location, comfortable bed, modern bathroom.
  : No outdoor space. Double bed against wall. You must dispose of own rubbish in bins when leaving, no options for recycling, everything went into same bin!? Only 1 set of keys - not ideal.

  : Walking and taking in the scenery. The beautiful park nearby and the beach which we frequently attended. There is a church which is very old and has a lot of history and is so tranquil.
  : On entering the apartment it was dark, with little natural light. Even when curtains are open. The curtains were filthy as was the floor. Could not walk on the floor without something on our feet, mould in the bathroom, the linoleum was coming away from the floor and dirty, shelf in fridge broken, linen dirty, soiled. We were locked out of the building with my daughter and someone was trying to get out of the building at the same time due to the intercom not working. Called Rayanna to inform her she responded "I will let the agency know" waited no follow up call after I texted her several time. Finally someone came and solve the problem. No fire exit. Booking.com overly nice each time I called but was unable to force Chez Nous to give me either a refund or a change of apartment. However they refunded just under 300 hundred euros as a goodwill gesture. Chez Nous did not contact me throughout my stay until the end. They refunded 100 euros. Just bare in mind that Chez Nous are not accommodating and care only about the money. Very stressful dealing with Booking.com and Chez Nous. So disappointing. please request photo from Booking.com

  : Brilliantly located, safe, comfortable flat right in the Old Port. Clean bedding& great towels! The shower was great, very spacious and modern. I recommend it. Easy check-in, met outside the property.

  : Location is perfect walking distance to everything. Beds were comfortable, kitchenette, and also free washing machine!
  : Had to climb 3 floors to the apartment. Probably play for most except with lots of luggage and with a baby.. Also not flexible checkin. They charged extra for checking in at night as our flight was delayed. In this day and age there must be an easier way to checkin like key box etc then meeting someone at the house.Could be slight bit cleaner

  : The place was in a great location to the port. The apartment was clean and comfortable, a little small, but it provided us with what we needed. There were a lot of stairs, so maybe not suitable for anyone who would.struggling climbing up and down them. We had read this before, so we had expected this.
