  : The property was very basic. The breakfast selection was okay.
  : It was extortionately overpriced. The room was not very clean. The shower was broken. I could not check in until 4pm. The property is on an industrial estate and not convenient. The TV did not work at all.

  : Price and accommodating staff for early ck-in. Housekeeping great... staff friendly & helpful... especially w/ short notice bc of emergency of leaving a terrible Airbb a few miles away. Thank you.

  : The young French sister of reception girl was per perfect , and she help us a lot for every thing , my kids love her too much , and dont know her name but all the familly wood like to tell her Thank you for your kindness .
  : The lady of reception who prepare the breakfast and take the place of the young sister , she took Islamic Hidjab , but she was very angry with all of us , she didnt let us take our breakfast , she said because must make reservation first , I dont have this information from the hotel . Three of my kids they already took the plate of breakfast , so she stopped the other familly members , I accepted and I paid 3 adults breakfast , and we back to my rooms (84&85) , one of my kids have one leg broken , so he used too canes to move , other brothers helps him to go back to the room , after tow minutes she sent her friend to my room , she asking us to back to the reception to take the plate to the correct place , I accepted and I do that , because is her right , but she didnt stop talking , she said every thing not good , so I asked her to talk to manager , she totally refused , by the way Chinese girl come to the reception, I asked her to call the manager , in that time only she come and called Mr Sedirick, she talk to him , but she didnt give me the phone to talk to him . She asked me to go out I feel too bad , I want the hotel managerhement to check this case carefully because Bis my first B&B Hotells is my favorite choice , and I want to keep this nice image always .

  : All very easy the guy on reception was very informative about local restaurants B&B are good value for money beds are comfortable and clean unfortunately I don't get much time in one place so I can't say much about the surrounding area..
  : Parking a large van, but if you have a car or a small van transit size no problem..

  : The employee ask me to cancel the booking and he will give me a good room with a good price but i have to pay for him cash and he supposed to keep it a secret after that i found that he want to take the cash money for his own pocket and he cancelled my booking from booking.com after i pay more than the booking.com and he was trying to collect his cash money
