  : We travel a lot in France and Spain with our two small dogs and are generally welcomed . But at this stop ,which I think we have been to about three times we wen't able to take our pets into the cafteria which is alway empty and I don't think the staf f in the morning are particularly helpful

  : The location, the bed, the washroom, the sound of neighbors, the feeling of uncertainty.

  : I liked the large comfortable bed with snow white linen, the lovely hot shower and general quiet and spaciousness. We arrived very late 1am, due to stormy weather on ferry but were able to access entry via auto check-in facility beside front door.
  : We were unfamiliar with Dijon and had difficulty finding the exact location of the hotel. We continued on our journey next day so do not know how convenient it would have been for Central Dijon.

  : The automatic check-in machine has problem. I had to call the help line. 1. When you for the first time do not choose check box of accept terms and conditions at the last step in the automatic check in machine, it does not allow you to proceed further even when you have chosen the check box second time. This is also problem in all B&B check in kiosk. The "Next" button gets disabled permanently until you call for the help. 2. In the first step of self check in you are supposed to enter last name but does not work and help line suggest you must enter first name. 3. The payment did not work. 4. The access of the touch screen is very uncomfortable position to type anything on the screen.
