  : The location was okay for what we needed for our trip and the spa was nice
  : The hotel staff were not very helpful and some were rude, mixing up room bookings, and not able to do basic things like book taxis. The hotel itself is very tired. The biggest issue is that the whole place was full of bugs, beetles and mosquitoes. Although they are common in the season we went, the hotel did nothing to keep them out the rooms or in door spaces, there pools of stagnant water all over the grounds and doors and windows were continuously left open over night by staff. There were no insect control measures anywhere. Given they have giant tiger mosquitoes I would expect a modern facility to do something to stop them devouring the guests and at least try to keep them out the bedrooms.The location is very remote, it's a 1.5 miles to tiny village but you could not buy or find any basic necessities like feminine products at the hotel which for a large hotel is very unusual. There was not one single Vegetarian option at the brassiere the night we ate and they would not even let my veggy guest order fries. Very out of date.Overall not the luxury experience it makes out

  : Room 306 was very very nice, plenty of space and a great view. Breakfast was very good.
  : There needs to be a general tidy up outside of weeds and overgrown bushes/plants. It was a bit overgrown and neglected. The sun loungers by the pool need replacing.
