  : The hostal is located in the middle of the mountain and well renovated
  : the bed was unconfortable, the walls were so thin we could listen EVERYTHING from the neighbour. The spa (which was the hallmark of the place) wasnt working casually for the next two weeks and we were not prevented. the personnel provided very little information. the breakfast was overpriced. the wifi was working intermitently.

  : well presented, great restaurant, wonderful staff
  : the road noise made it difficult to have the window open and we live away from roads so a problem to us but not for everyone as it is only occasional cars.no curtain or anything on the bathroom window was a bit odd

  : Reservation made for the night of 17 March 2023.We called at 6pm to announce our late arrival at 11:30pm. The lady on the phone told us that she would leave the room key at the reception with instructions for check-in. When we arrived, we realised that the door code had not been given to us and that the door was locked. 1 hour waiting for someone to open the door before resigning ourselves to looking for a hotel in Grenoble.In other words, how to waste your weekend...Moreover, we called back the next day to ask for explanations. The person on the phone said that she had no information about this inconvenience, that she would check before calling us back. We are still waiting for this phone call, which I think will not change anything about what we think of this place: a blatant lack of consideration towards the customers. We called booking several times to find a solution. The lady on the phone was not helpful at all. She gave us a clich speech and told us that she tried to reach the property by phone and even email and that she would call us 15 minutes later because it is the "classic procedure of booking". She surely did not call us back. We called another time. We are not sure if it was the same person but she finally told us that she tried to book another stay for us but there is not any avaibility in the city. Then she just hung up on us. The first hotel that we found on booking was available...

  : Our room was very small with restricted headroom, ok for one night but not for a longer stay.

  : Quite a basic room, which was very warm but served it's purpose for one night.

  : The restaurant is open every day of the week. The food is good, there is a varied menu and the staff are friendly. Half-board is available daily at 42 euros. The beds are comfortable and the shower was spacious. There is a lounge and an outside sitting area so that you don't have to stay in your room. Added bonus, I was able to go hiking directly from the hotel.
  : We had a room on the first floor that faced the road which was quite warm despite keeping the shutters closed. We had to sleep with the windows open which unfortunately meant we got more road noise and the restaurant delivery trucks arriving early in the morning. The only hanging space in the room was the wardrobe. A few hooks would be useful to hang outdoor clothing when you come in, especially as it's not always sunny in the Vercors.
