  : We definitely needed the fan supplied. Bed was comfy.
  : Not enough toilet paper supplied! I hadn't read the details closely enough, so it was a tighter squeeze for three of us than I had thought! Although sofa bed was easy to fold out & put away.

  : Quite spacious and very clean apartment in one of the nicest areas of Lyon. Please be aware that the city center is 15 minutes walk down hill, or a couple of minutes by bus.
  : Neighbours in the apartment building are smoking a lot, which you can smell in the hall, sometimes even in the apartment.

  : While the location of this apartment is decent, I found the premise itself to be quite disappointing. The space was much more cramped than expected and definitely not suitable for three people. The beds were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, there was significant noise disturbance during the night due to a nearby establishment playing loud music until the early hours. As an additional note, I'd recommend avoiding the park in the vicinity after dark. Overall, I believe there are better options Lyon.
  : Our experience with this host was problematic. Despite the availability of secure payment methods through Booking.com, the host insisted on obtaining our credit card details directly. Alarmingly, four days after our checkout, we were charged a substantial sum that we did not authorize, with the host citing "stains on the kitchen worktop" as the reason. To avoid such disputes and potential unwarranted charges, I strongly recommend insisting on an in-person checkout with the host and conducting a real-time inspection of the premises before departure. Protect yourself and your finances.

  : we liked the location, it was pretty comfortable, and kitchen was stocked better than expected. It took us a while to settle in because wifi didnt work, they only gave us one main door key, and the person who met us wasnt the person to communicate with. we unplugged and plugged the wifi box back in, once we figured out where it was. also we stayed during a heatwave.the ice pack in the freezer is meant to be used with the fan.
  : could use more dishwasher machine soap for the time we were there. also toilet paper. we also didnt get a response with our last email for support...

  : Well equipped and very clean apartment, great location to visit la Croix-Rousse and Lyon. Large bed very comfortable. Nice restaurants nearby. Easy to get the keys.
