  : The room was clean and tidy. The TV was a great bonus. We paid additionally for breakfast in the morning which was great. It was a buffet which meant you could eat lots, I would have preferred some more hot food. It was all pastries/toast/fruits etc. The staff at the front desk were kind and accommodating throughout the whole stay. The hotel is 5 minutes from a tram stop (T1) that takes you all over, and we were just down the road from the Confluence shopping centre - there's lots of restaurants and shops etc. Also if you're in for hiring bikes/scooters, they're really close to the front of the hotel.
  : We paid for a double room, but our bed was two twins pushed together which kept separating and caused an uncomfortable night of sleeping - I'm most disappointed at this. The shower wasn't in great condition as the drain was unattached and the shower head old, dirty and lacked pressure. We were also woken on our checkout day at 10am by housekeeping, when our checkout was at 11am, which was frustrating. I was also very disappointed that there was no tea/coffee in the rooms, but at a small table downstairs in the lobby. This meant we had to carry hot cups up to our room and when I requested milk for my tea, they said they couldn't give me any. For a 3 star hotel, this didn't hit the mark. On check out, it wasn't busy, and we simply handed our key card in and the lady said 'ok, all done', and that was it. There was no conclusion to our stay, and it felt deflating as a well paying customer. Don't come here for the view, we had a small window in the corner with railing disrupting the view of the river - a poor design choice I feel.
