  : Two Mercure hotels in Lyon with Beau arts and the other lumineres, were confusing.We wanted to stay in Beau arts as we did 5 years ago but misread the actual Mercure location.The public transport was excellent.

  : The friendly staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived one day late due to flight changes, and communication with the hotel was quick and easy.
  : The location is not that interesting, but the hotel is very near a metro station and it is very easy to go to the city centre.

  : the bathroom was not properly cleaned and was not very practical (the toilet was behind the door and so were the towels). the room overlooked a boulevard. the room was not well soundproofed, so sleep was very disturbed by traffic noise. the air conditioning was also noisy.

  : Close proximity to metro taking you into the centre of town. Easy walking distance to tram. Large TV was useful as it poured with rain the first day. Nice shower.
  : Not the smallest bathroom I've ever but very badly laid out, it needs a sliding door, when you opened the door you had to step into a small corner between the shower screen and the sink, breathe in and close the door. The toilet should have been facing forward, the position it was in made it almost impossible to sit the normal way. Small thin towels. Magnifying mirror that favoured style over accessibility because the angle of movement was really limited, you had to lean over the sink to get close to it. No space for an average size suitcase only enough space for a weekend type bag, the room was really small and was dominated by the bed, but somehow they managed to squeeze in a table and chair and stool making it almost impossible for 2 people to manoeuvre. Safe had the vital part missing, i.e. the key pad. Room was tidied but not replenished by the hotel staff. No slippers provided even though we saw them on the housekeeping trolley. as an ALL Accor member I found this hotel a complete let down and not the standard I would expect from a Mercure.

  : The breakfast was good, but without any vegetables.The room was clean, but the windows were very, very dirty.The bathroom was a bit old.
