  : I had a very bad experience, as I checked with the property first about an elevator, and they confirmed there was. When we arrived at the property, there was NO elevator. We have a 5-month-old baby + stroller + baggage and NO elevator to get to the 4th floor. All the lady who gave us the keys said "it should have been mentioned on the website" and she left! The office was closed on the weekend and the lady wouldn't pick up our calls at any time. The house is made with very old Parquet flooring which squeaks at every move and wakes the baby. The AC was also broken with 30 degrees outside or more and the balcony's door is broken too! Worst experience EVER..
