  : The location was good, and the kitchen was well equipped, and there was a washing machine.
  : There were three issues: access, the bathroom, and the bedroom and general fittings . Access: to get into the apartment, we arranged an early check-in (for a fee), and then the agency running the apartment said that was not possible, but we could deposit bags at their office. We duly arrived at the stated time; the office was closed; the phone went to (unmonitored) voice mail. It turned out they were all at lunch.....despite advertising continuous hours. After back and forth we were sent the instructions for access (in French only)- it turned out that we had to get the keys from a third party at another location. Physical access to the apartment is also not easy - the apartment is on the second story, there is no elevator, the staircase is narrow without handrails and the lighting is not great. It would be difficult for anyone with any mobility restrictions. The bathroom- has a hand held shower over a high bath only, no shower curtain or rail, and we had to request linen - we got towels only, no bath mat. The bedroom and general fittings - is in a loft ( as pictured on the website) with a steep staircase, and low beam ceiling that is problematic for anyone taller than 5'7". There is nothing that can be used as a bed side table (it would be possible to fit at least one and wall shelves). The apartment windows do not have curtains so the only method to obtain privacy (the apartment is in a central courtyard with other residential apartments on the same level) is to completely close the shutters. The furniture in general is a bit rickety.

  : Great location and spacious apartment.
  : It was very difficult to access the property initially due to vague instructions to enter. We received the information to enter 3 minutes before the allotted time. We were already waiting outside with suitcases only to find out the key needs to be collected on the other side of the river- 300 m away. It then took another 30 minutes and many messages to work out how to use the tags and which door on the right, as there are several. But apparently there is nothing wrong with the instructions!Random kitchen facilities made cooking difficult. The whole admin side is stressful, cold and impersonal.

  : Nothing. The company managing the place lied and gave false directions. This was clearly my worst Booking.com experience of all time.
  : There was nothing good about this place or the uninterested company that manages it. The directions were wrong so we almost could not enter and we entered only with the help of a neighbor, not the management company. They promised to meet me there and then changed their minds. They made getting the keys an very bad experience.

  : The location was supreme, but the room by itself has a few important issues.
  : Sofa-bed is very uncomfortable.Broken shower head holder and uncomfortable shower,without curtain restroom , water splash everywhere Iin the restroom with high chances to fall down.Broken trash can restroomCracking floor everywhereAnd 1 fun is not enough for the flat.

  : The location of the property, within a courtyard apartment building is something we like about this place.
  : For the price it charges, this is a APT added on 2nd level with a cheap queen bed, tho sofa bed was very unconfortable, mattress hollow that could be replaced years ago. The place comes with a kitchen but barely any utensil or dishes or cooking wares... the hosts seems kept everything to a bare bone / minimum level in this place. Comfortable seems does not belongs to the place, but the place is spacious, emptily spacious... If you just look for a large space, do not care bed, sofa, kitchen, bath room, then good place to go. The worst part for us, Temperature in Lyon was > 90 Celsius with heat alarm. This place has no AC, it only has One small revolve fan that does not help, we ended sleeping on the floor for the first night, and left for another place the 2nd night... of course no refund, no words from neither booking.com nor the host. It is not their fault anyway.

  : No air conditioning or ceiling fans, so it was difficult to sleep after 37-degree days. Sofa bed mattress has sunk in the middle.
