  : Location was very good as the hotel is near The Sanctuary of Lourdes (Marian Shrine) which is the main reason for visiting Lourdes. I was glad that there was a lift/elevator which made it easy to take our luggage to our room on upper floor and made the upper floor accessible for disabled people. The male staff member at the check-in desk was polite and offered to speak to us in English as our French was limited. He was the only staff member we saw during our one night stay. He did not offer to show us to our room or help with luggage or offer us water on arrival despite there being no food or drink available in the evening at the hotel.
  : The room was dusty and in shabby condition. The ensuite bathroom was AWFUL, freezing cold, filthy, mould everywhere and no soap or cleaning products. I was shocked at the state of the room, especially the bathroom. The fixtures and the rooms themselves were ancient, no sign of attempt at maintenance or upkeep. The bathroom especially was in such a bad state of decay that it would be impossible to clean it to even an acceptable standard of hygiene. I am baffled as to how the owners of this hotel think it is in an acceptable condition.
