  : The room was a nice size. The mezzanine for the children was a good size. We liked that each room had its own door from the balcony/external corridor. Check in was quick and easy.
  : The staircase up to the mezzanine was very steep, more like a ladder. We had to go down backwards to feel safe. The bathroom was quite small but the toilet was awkwardly placed under mezzanine stairs which meant you had to sit with your head to one side to use the toilet. In the morning, we went down for the Buffett breakfast about 20mins before they stopped serving. We were refused service because of the time. Nowhere in any of the literature did it say that there was a cut off. The member of staff was quite rude and abrupt, even to the point that our young children commented on it. The beds are exceptionally hard and there are no extra pillows or bedding available in the rooms. We have stayed in other hotels from the same company which were far better in comparison!

  : Very easy automatic check in / check out system. Ideal for arriving late. Bed was fairly comfortable.
  : The bathroom could be a bit bigger. If you are tall (I am 1.87), showering can be quite an adventure.

  : Screen to enter details about 1 metre from ground for some reason so hard to see screen unless you are a jump jockey. Room smelled of smoke and cheap perfume.....this is an absolute last resort hotel if everything else is fully booked.
