  : Overall the flat looks like the pictures and there are some nice elements (there are big TV's, clean furniture, comfortable bed with extra pillows, bathrooms far from the bedrooms so no disruptions at night). The kitchen is well equipped if you wanted to self-cater, and there's enough space to eat.
  : Check-in instructions would be better sent over email ahead of time, the host called me on the day to ask when I would arrive but was quite angry. Put simply - you just pick the key up from a hotel down the street - an email saying this ahead of time would be fine. The flat: There is no light when you enter the communal hallway, or any windows - so you need to work your way with a torch on a phone. There were several huge trolleys taking up half the space making it difficult to pass through with luggage. The apartment is in an older building so no lift, this is fine, but the windy small staircase with no light makes it difficult to navigate with luggage and a torch. it's a little rough around the edges for the price, and the main bedroom had some elements in disrepair. The glass section of the door to the main bedroom was half missing. Clearly there was some incident where it was damaged, instead of fixing or replacing they taped the sharped edges of the glass. The radiator in this room was also unmounted and leaning against the wall. It was warm when i was there so didn't need the heat, but i wasn't expecting a broken radiator to be floating in the room. The bathroom initially looks really nice, it's a good size and has a bath with an overhead shower + a walk-in shower with two heads. However the walk-in one does not drain and the water quickly builds up over the edge. Overall it was an ok flat, it looks like the photos, but if you rented it as a group you wouldn't have any privacy in the main bedroom. It was well priced for the location and date when comparing to other options, just a few things that let it down. I came for work so it was just a base for me to sleep, but i think if you came to use it as a holiday apartment or on a family trip there are things that need to be improved. I wouldn't feel comfortable having a half broken glass door in a flat with some tape around the edges with children there.

  : We are informed at the last min to pick up the key at another hotel. The hotel is full of insect dead bodies on all wall with blood, everything was covered with thick dust. Only provide one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. No hair dryer and when we call the contact person, she just said it was being stolen and there is nothing they could do. The entry lamp at the door is not working, so simply we need to turn on the touch when we climbed down/up the stairs in the building. Towels were dirty and so as the bed sheet. This is a horrible experience. The host can transfer this hotel with Halloween experience that may make more sense.

  : Stairs are very very bad. If you are here with elderly or disabled, forget about it. It was one of the most difficult stairs climbs I have seen. The key collection was done from somewhere completely different - very difficult with luggage's to find the place. The inside of the building was disgustingly dirty. I find this work ethics very troublesome as cleaning inside the building was not done at all. I cannot understand simple light bulbs not working in these stairs and leave them in dark. How much light bulbs cost? The key collection is done in a dodgy hotel nearby. It is by far the worst place I have ever stayed by paying money in all the world. Finally: I do not believe this place has tourism license. If it has, it is a shame for this city. No signs, not even the building number. Booking com should check their permits!!

  : The apartment is on a beautiful street and near lots of shops and interesting places. The double windows opening onto the street were lovely. Two decent sized bedrooms and a nice lounge area - interesting floor plan to fit the space. Modern bathroom and separate toilet. It was a great space.To access the apartment requires walking up a very quaint and steep staircase to the 4th floor. This is not easy with suitcases. We knew there were stairs but it was harder than we expected.
  : A month prior to our stay, I messaged our arrival time. A few days later and that morning, I again messaged. When we arrived (and it is not marked, just a door between two shops), there was no one to meet us. A call went to voicemail, further messages went unanswered. Then a woman exited the door and took us to a nearby hotel to get the key. That was it for service.Inside the street door is a narrow hallway without a working light. It is pitch black in there if the door closes - finding the button to open the door wasn't easy the first time. There is a timed light for the stairs.There was only one key provided so if we went out separately, someone had to walk down all those stairs to let the others in.

  : Spacious and good location
  : It was very tired. Lots of scuff marks on the walls, holes in curtains, cigarette burns in chairs, a radiator was broken off the wall. It very much had the vibe of student accommodation with leftover parties and burn marks. The apartment was clean but there was mould in the bathrooms and it had a stale smell.

  : The flat underneath us had been rented out for one night for a party, which lasted until 5am meaning we got no sleep & our kids were petrified by all the noise. Flat landlord refused to take any responsibility or refund despite us checking out after 1 night of 3 nights booked - best avoided.
