Traveller Type:
  : nothing to say, disappointed.
: the apartament is too small for 4 people! the pillows were disgusting and never washed before, just like the bed blanket, dirty and never washed. we had no idea about the 200 deposit we had to pay when we get there. would've been nice to know about it before so we come with more exchange and don't have to use the visa card for it and pay some extra fee at the bank for it. the hotel employees have no idea about english, she was literally trying to make signs to communicate with us cause she has no idea what we're saying and that is not nice. stop putting French people that has no idea of english as a hotel receptionist. it's an international ski resort and people from around the world are coming so stop pretendint we have to know your stupid French language, you have to know the English language as the rest of this fukkin world does. thank you and f u
