  : Only the courtyard which was quite charming, and the room itself which was well furnished.
  : Everything else. The worst aspect was the reception. We pressed the bell three times on arrival and finally a woman answered saying she was "upstairs" but would come down to let us in. Minutes passed, we rang again, and she snarled a code into the phone so rudely that we had to guess the digits. We were not told about change of towels or sheets, but n the second day I passed the receptionist in the courtyard and she explained that cleaning would be done every 2nd day. That was the case on the second morning, but on the fourth day nothing was changed, not even the towels or the overfull trash cans. A major concern was the shower, which on the third day seems suddenly to have become wedged at "very hot". The water was s scalding that my wife could not bear it, and even I could stay less than 30 seconds under the shower before being burned. A fatal weakness of this hotel is that the reception is open only between 10am and 4pm -- hours when few guests are likely to be in their rooms. The final absurdity occurred yesterday morning. We left our rooms at 8.15am, and during our journey back to Switzerland we received a message from your reception at just after 10am, asking us to place the keys n the desk in our room when checking out! In fact I had left the key in the door of the room. In short, a well-placed hotel, with a nice quiet courtyard, that is ruined by a complete lack of interest in its guests.

  : Nothing - apart from they actually had our reservation.
  : Our room was quite large with a kitchenette, the kitchenette had bare minimum of plates, etc, but no kettle? The shower was poor, had mould around the sealant. The shower never produced any hot water, no matter how long you waited. The noise in the whole establishment was awful, babies crying, dogs barking, people shouting (we understand all these can happen, but not consistently, all the time) and the walls seem somewhat paper thin, because you can hear your neighbours even when they are talking normally. This is the poorest stay we have had from a 'Booking.com' establishment and although we had booked for 2 nights we stayed only one.

  : Hotel is located in a quiet and safe area. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. The room was clean and spacious. Room also had a kitchen with pots, plates, spoon etc even though we did not use any. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the stay.
  : We actually wanted to give this hotel a full rating of 10. But there was just one issue that really got us worried. So basically, the hotel/building has a main door. We were given only 1 key which the key to our room and do not have any key nor code to the main door. We did not have any issue at first because the main door was always open. However, the day we were supposed to check out, we decided to head out to grab a quick breakfast from a bakery nearby before checking out. The main door was open when we left at around 10am. When we returned about 20 minutes later, we were shocked that the main door was closed. We were practically stuck outside, not knowing how to get in to retrieve our luggage as the reception only opens at 1pm. It was worrying as we have a bus to catch at 11.20am. Fortunately for us, some guests were leaving and they opened the main door for us. We are not sure if the closing of the main door was just a mistake by other guests? So this might not be a fault of the hotel.

  : The best part of this hotel was the exit!
  : Access to the hotel and absence of parking, which was advertised and did not exist, but was the main reason for booking the hotel. Nearest parking was 300 metres away where it was free until the next morning at 9am. No security available. Unable to stop outside the hotel to unload baggage or contact reception, due to all parking spaces in the street were occupied.Once reception was contacted, the person there was not helpful and seemed to not want to be there. The reception was a booth in the courtyard at the rear of the property and as soon as we checked in it was closed for the night and remained closed until after we left at 8:30 am, a key drop box had to be used, so no contact with staff to make complaints.The accomodation was on the 2nd floor but lacked a lift/elevator, so we had to use a very steep, tightly curved, spiral staircase which was difficult to use when carrying baggage for people of our age (70+) and I suspect even for younger people.There was NO heating in the accommodation and the outside temperature was less than 2 degrees C. A heated towel rail in the bathroom only partially worked, warming to only halfway up and failed to get more tha a few degrees more than the ambient room temperature. An attempt was made to use the ceramic type hob unit to give some heat, but having turned on an element it turned itself off after a few seconds, this was repeated with the second element.The bed was not comfortable, there was insufficient bed covering, so due to the intense cold we covered our selves with our coats, but even this was not sufficient, thus little sleep was had by either of us. It seems that the outside door to the courtyard remained open all night and I don't think it could be closed, this must have contributed to the old temperature within the building.The hot water was at best lukewarm leading to a ridiculously cold shower and shaving in the morning.There was no restaurant in the hotel, nor one open in the near vicinity.

  : Very walkable to points of interest, spotlessly clean and bed comfortable. Nice little central courtyard for guests to use.
  : The reception desk was not manned at times so we were unable to get cutlery and crockery for our studio apartment. Minor irritation though.
