  : 38 minute walk (safe route through the villages) or car ride down to the lake/ other amenities. Very steep in places. Not as suitable for elderly or those who couldnt walk far. Only an expensive set menu available in the restaurant.

  : A very nice restaurant with rooms. The restaurant is absolutely top end. We had an excellent tasting menu with matching wines. The rooms are newly modernised and well, if a little sparsely furnished. The views of lake Le Bourget are absolutely stunning.
  : Mainly the price! It would have been nice to have some chairs in the room.

  : The owner is delightful and very welcoming. The rooms have all been very recently refurbished and are well appointed and spotlessly clean, and the ones out the front have a great view of the lake. The food is very good indeed, but very fine dining with prices to match.
  : This is a fine dining restaurant with rooms more than a hotel. There is no guest lounge and no bar - so you are either in your room or in the restaurant, you even have to walk through the restaurant to get to your room. Slightly ironically, the one thing the place actually lacks - is atmosphere. The food is excellent, but if you are not prepared for the prices, you can't just walk to another restaurant - the town is 3km away down country lanes. A night's stay for two was over 600 Euros with dinner and breakfast, and nice as the dinner was, I can't say that the whole experience was good value for money I'm afraid. We could have ordered cheaper wine, but it would still have been over 500 Euros for one night. The breakfast was particularly poor value - 20 Euros each for some bread, brioche, a pot of stewed apple, a yogurt, a glass of apple juice and a coffee. No buffet, no choice, no hot option - but still 40 Euros for two people........
