  : The hotel room was shabby and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The staff said they could not offer us a different room but could open the windows and spray the room. Neither helped so we left and booked into another hotel.

  : Room was reasonablle size , very helpful staff plenty of parkijng space restaurant on site.
  : Bathroom needs attention lever operated waste flap plug missing a black rubber plug was provided ut did not stop water running out. Adjusting bracket holding shower head was broken , toilet door handle was was either not correctly fitted or the wrong handles was fitted it was loose in it aperture.

  : The receptionnist or the proprietaire is very impatient, and rude! It's my first time to be told to go outsite, just because I complained several times about the bad connection of WIFI! He said he had the Internet at the reception, and yet it's totally different from my room where I even showed him no internet ! And I'd like to cancel the reservation at his insultation, and the hotel owner said ok, and yet he pretended that Booking refuses my cancellation, and then I called Booking who agreed to cancel my reservation too. And then hotel owner changed and refused my cancellation, even with request from Booking, and he pretended that I benefit the hotel facilities during 4 hours, and the truth is that I reached hotel at 17:00, and left hotel a little after 18:00, and he lied to Booking so that he did not have to refund me. The camera at the reception can prouve this ! Anyway, I cancelled the reservation ,still waiting for the full refund, probably exceuses from the hotel ! It's really a very bad experience and I never met such a hotel who lies like this !

  : both dinner & breakfast were good. Staff serving were pleasant & helpful with understanding the menu card. Red house wine quaffable. Nice selection of beers.
  : It's looking very tired and needs redecorating. No lift. Front entrance tatty. Bathroom was outdated with shower over bath. Hot water was satisfactory if you could make the shower head stay in place while using. Not enough plugs for recharging phones/iPads etc Making a cuppa ok but paper cups and I had to disconnect the kettle before I could fill the cups as one 1 plug socket which doubled up for the small lamp near the kettle.
