  : Lovely garden, convenient parking, excellent breakfast. Rooms kept nice and clean Most of the staff were friendly and pleasant.
  : Water leaked into one of our rooms during a night of heavy rain. The male receptionist was uninterested and unhelpful. The lady who took over from him was extremely kind, moving my Dad into another room and washing and drying his soaked motorcycle gear, clothes and shoes. Two of our party were presented with a bill for their rooms when we checked out, despite me having paid in full for all rooms when we arrived. This was quickly rectified but caused a slight panic!

  : Easy parking and close to both Lannion and Perros. The breakfast was a bit of a shambles the first mo, no cups, eggs, or trays. But the following day was good. The Asian/Grill restaurant next door was literally 3 minutes walk and the buffet offered was brilliant. Hotel was excellent

  : The hotel is more like a Motel than a hotel with most rooms in a separate block with outside access. its location is approx. 2 kilometers outside of Lannion which was ideal for exploring the northern coast. The room was basic on the first floor. Although it was advertised as having Tea + coffee facilities, the tea consisted of fruit teas, no black tea, no milk and no bottles water. We asked for milk and they gave us some in a glass. Water was then given in a jug!!! Breakfast consisted of breads, croissants, pain au chocolate, some dessert type cake, bacon, sausage (most left them), scrambled egg (more like a solid pancake), tea and coffee. We stayed in the first night for the the evening meal. It was reasonable with 3 mains (one of which was vegetarian). The next 2 nights we went next door. this was huge with a mix of traditional and Asian. A massive choice so not disappointed.
  : The poor quality of the tea & coffee in the room, the uneven pathways to the room access, (one of our party sprained an ankle badly where a ramp met a flat path due to fencing not being long enough). The poor lighting in the rooms (we were told, and found, that the table lamp only came on when the exterior lighting level dropped - supposedly to save energy but all other artificial lighting was available (necessary as the room faced north and was dark).
