: room was comfortable , breakfast was good with a good selection . The girl on reception who signed us in was extremely helpful and she was new to the job
: The restaurant wasnt open for the whole of our stay . The shower was very low pressure and the bed was too hot with a thick duvet

: The Location of this hotel although it is on a commercial area it's very quiet. The commercial shopping centre is literally 5 mins by car that's a +. Overall I did like this hotel even though I inadvertently booked the incorrect Brit Hotel in Saint Brieuc on booking.com. There are two Brit Hotel either side of the city. Needless To Say this hotel was warm & cosy with a great onsite restaurant which we ate at & free parking. Good wifi. Score is high as bed was comfortable. Heating was on. Restaurant staff & food was outstanding.
: The evening Receptionist was a little frosty. The Barman was also abrupt. I waited/stood 10 mins at the bar to be served. It was actually another guest who alerted the receptionist to come & serve me when the Barman couldn't be located.

: People were smoking on the balcony and outside so the smell of cigaretes was getting into the room (open windows).

Pleasant

: The hotel was conveniently located by the road and shopping Center
: The rooms were very hot and very dated. WiFi was really bad.

: Friendly and well-organised hotel with ample parking. We arrived an hour and a half early but could enter our room 15 minutes later. Room was neat and adequate. The restaurant is somewhat impersonal but still ok.
: The elevator exit on our floor was very irregular, unsuited for people with mobility limitations. We happened to be in the hotel on an exceptionally hot day. Our room was hard to refresh: no airco and no ventilator either.
