  : It was close to the lifts and the roof didn't leak - but seriouslythat's it. This place is awful. Do not stay.
  : Oh gosh. Where to begin? Probably the Heating, which did not workthroughout the stay. We informed the host and nothing was done about it.The Balcony door would not close properly meaning there was also a coldbreeze. In fact my husband got sick because of this. None of the kitchencabinets or draws have any handles, you have to open the fridge in orderto open the pan draw! There are no mugs which means you have to drinkhot drinks out of a bowl (meaning they get cold quickly. You can'thold glasses with hot drinks in). The one and only table / readinglight in the whole place did not have a working bulb. Again when Iexplained this to the host they told me to go out and buy one! There isno Wifi despite this being listed as one of the top facilities!!! In thesmall print of the Booking.com listing is says there are no sheets ortowels, however this is really not made clear and should be highlightedin the Booking Confirmation and Guest Information Sheet, which wasemailed ahead of the stay. This is a fundamental item for stay. Whotravels with sheets and towels given Flight case restrictions and thefact that this is 2020 and not the 1960's?? There was also nokettle, which is a pretty standard item to have. The bunk beds areuncomfortable and child sized. The decor is very tired and run down yetthey wanted a 300 Euro deposit!!! I am not sure if the entire contentsof the flat would fetch 100 and that would just be to take it all tothe skip. This place is an utter rip off, as very expensive consideringthe (lack of) facilities and space. It is hosted by people who justdon't care about your stay, despite claiming to do so. Nothing wasdone about any of our complaints which meant three nights of extremecold complete with icy breeze, plus one day of skiing lost to sicknessand so a wasted Ski pass. This place is an utter dive. I wouldn'tlet my dog sleep here. If I had one. Be warned.
