  : Unfortunately our 14 month toddler was exhausted from traveling and a long flight delay as well as a new tooth bothering her, she cried most of the night, which understandably did upset other guests. At 9am the hotel owner banged on our door and shouted at us to leave the hotel by 10am and called the police. We were in complete shock, including my older daughter who was turning 10 on that day. She was violently awaken and could not stop crying. As I started going down to meet the police, the hotel owner runs upstairs apologizing, saying maybe it wasn't us, but some other room. As a kind lady who had come to check to our room during the night had just told him that indeed was a baby crying rather than "domestic violence" as the hotel staff (and the police afterwards) wanted it to be. Like we told them as we were leaving: IF YOU SUSPECT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS HAPPENING IN YOUR HOTEL; YOU CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY; Do not wait until the morning or it maybe too late.

  : The owner realized I wasn't French and immediately - and very kindly - switched to English. That is not always happening in France. After a long journey that was a very pleasant and welcoming surprise!

  : Central location, we could park on the road outside. Comfy bed and a pleasant shared patio/terrace off the room (not all rooms have this). Quiet for a town centre hotel.
  : The room was small and felt cramped at 17sqm, even though we paid extra for a comfort room. No tea or coffee making facilities, but the manager gave us a pot of hot water and mugs to make some. Not the hotels fault, but be aware on Sundays almost every restaurant in town is closed for dinner.

  : Brilliant position to town . Very pleasant ,helpful staff . Allowed to use EV charge point , but no other parking on site, but wasn`t a problem. Really close to markets ,bars ,restos and museums.
  : Although no smoking policy to whole of hotel, the room under us had a private terrasse and smoking allowed on it. Unfortunately our room filled with smoke and we couldn`t leave windows ajar, especially at night . These guests were also loud and stayed talking to gone 2am. until a presumed neighbour complained to them. The guests then took their loud arguing inside the room for more than another hour. Notices by owners were well displayed in rooms to be considerate to other guests and neighbours about noise. The normal consideration in a town situation . Bit of a shame , spoilt our stay. No apology or comment from owners the next day.
