  : When I checked in they told me its possible to leave my luggage for the day. But we I checked out they just refused for potential risks when has been signed for at least one week. It troubles me a lot with my luggage. Its so rude and ridiculous to change it from one day to another. If the alert was issued yesterday its okay but the alert has been issued at least one week!

  : Stayed here before many years ago and went back because we think the location is good and you can pay for off road parking. Room size is good. Did not like the glass door on the shower room. Shower room is small and difficult to use toilet in cramped space. But shower size ample
  : We stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned which we were unhappy with. We left early each morning to sight see so they had all day to clean it. On the morning of check out we decided to go into town for a coffee and breakfast and then freshen up before our check out at 11am. When we arrived back at the hotel at 10am, I found the room door open and was shocked to see that housekeeping had done a room changeover for the next guest. With the help of a lady who kindly translated I explained that we had not checked out and we still had an hour for which we were going to use the room before we left. They said, they had to do the changeover on the room because the cleaner who was responsible for the room changeover had to leave work at 10.30am!!! They didn't seem to think it was a problem that a changeover had been done before we had checked out. Total irony - that for the previous 2 days they hadn't even cleaned the room. they gave a reason for the room not being cleaned - they said they were starting a new system this year and if you wanted the room cleaned you had to tell reception when you booked in. The only notices to hang on the door knob was the usual "do not disturb" don't want my room cleaned sign, which people were using during our stay. Obviously they also did not know that the system had been reversed. Not happy because I did need to use the room before our journey. That aside I would stay again, the hotel is good and location good.

  : That I could book last minute after our flight cancellation.
  : The room was dreadful! The bed was like a rock, tv didn't even turn on, shower hanging off the wall, it was very dark and dull. Reception were not helpful at all. Someone in a room close had a dog that constantly barked. The breakfast was laughable and the only good thing was the coffee.
