  : East and simple access. Quirkiness of the family rooms with the upstairs level - the kids loved it, and so did we. Perfect for a night or two rather than a longer stay.
  : Room was a little on the small side but fine for a night or two.Thought breakfast was included but apparently not.

  : The kids loved having a room upstairs. It felt more spacious and separated. The first time we have ever seen a room with an upstairs. The staff were helpful and friendly, not available all day long but you are given clear instructions on the machine outside the main entrance on how to enter the building. You're given a code for the main door, bedroom and gate (although we never had to use it for the gate). The cleaning staff also arranged the teddies on the bed which the children appreciated. We were able to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, the receptionists both understood English.
  : We couldn't change the subtitles to English on the TV.There wasn't a kettle inside the room. The carpark was quite busy during the evening - (but we still found the odd space)
