  : I've booked a room for 4 people. I found it spacious and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with all the necessary amenities. The provision of hygiene products for all four guests was appreciated. Although the furniture, particularly the table and chairs, appeared somewhat dated, they were functional. One highlight of the room was the large balcony, which added to the overall appeal.

  : We had a smooth check-in and check-out with a very pleasant receptionist. There is parking available in the underground garage which is convenient, albeit not very cheap and note that it required super-power driving skills to park our huge Citroen Spacetourer in one of the parking spots. The kitchenette and the kitchen equipment are sufficient, although we would have preferred more cups/glasses. The neighbourhood is great - the place is just a few steps from the marina and the old city center.
  : The room is a bit too small and not well equipped for dining. We had to move the dining table from the balcony to the inside in order to be able to all dine together. Our friends occupied a 2-person room without a balcony and for them it was pretty much impossible. If you are after the beach then this place might not be ideal, because the beach is about a 15 minutes walk away.
