  : room was nice and comfortable with a nice balcony and view of the resort. Breakfast has ba nice large assortment of foods. One the staff members, Alexandre was very helpful with everything. We wished all other staff members would have been as nice and helpful as him.
  : The staff didn't inform us about the free shuttle that was very close to the hotel, but instead, they (2 staff members) told us we had to exit the locker room onto a street and walk to the lifts. We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel since our morning very long and extenuating walk wasn't anything we wanted to experience again... Sitting in the bar area for about 20 minutes or so, we still hadn't been waited on and had to walk to the bar and ask the bar tender if he could wait on us and he seemed annoyed and took another 10 minutes to serve 2 hot chocolates and one tea....

  : Needs a real restaurant. Most alternative restaurants had been fully booked before or at our arrival time.

  : The location was good being central to many restaurants and bars in the area, going skiing takes a bit of planning to think about which lift to go up - but this does give you options as to which part of the mountain you want to explore!
  : Unfortunately one of the chairs on the balcony was broken which was annoying for Apre Ski drinks whilst the sun-sets (did tell the reception twice that one was broken). I think there was a struggle with translation!
