B&B Hôtel Hyeres

: Room was large and hotel easy to find off of motorway
: whilst we understood there would be nobody to assist with check in after 2030, we arrived at 2100 and couldn't even get into the car park with the 'codes' that had been provided. There were eventually four cars stuck outside. One person climbed over the gate to get to the hotel automated check in but those codes didn't work either for the parking gate or the hotel door. Nobody answered the phone or the help button. A kindly lady who had already checked in, used her codes to let us all in but had to go to each persons room to assist with the door code. It was very stressful and not what you need after a long days driving.

  : + nice room + great bathroom
: - the staff did not speak English so during check in they did not tell us that we would have to make a booking if we wanted to have breakfast the next day. So when the morning arrived and we were ready to eat, we could not get any breakfast at the hotel. It was an embarrassing situation. We were poorly informed. Also for example the check-out was confusing. There were a lot of misunderstandings during our stay because of the language barrier. But at least the staff tried to be kind regardless.

: Welcoming staff. Not too far from places to eat. good breakfast.
: The room was very small and the door gave directly on an outside passage way, which mean it was not as quiet as if it had been opening on an inside corridor. The room was a bit dark. No coffee making in the room. It is ok for a night or two but I wouldn't stay there for a longer holiday.
