  : Noisy people on the terrace for breakfast. Staff should remind them to keep it down, in order not to disturb and to respect the other guests who are searching for calm.

  : The dinner menu was very limited. staff members in the bar had to wait on the restaurant as well and because of that we had to wait very long. One day they had to organize for a special event or party and they started to move tables and chairs during breakfast time with a lot of noise. There was a very unrelaxed atmosphere. Finally, there was no Airco in the rooms. Reception members are very unorganized and have no empathy for the customer.

  : Very impressive chateau. Nice and cool in bar area and a lovely area for eating breakfast and dinner outside. Lovely staff during evening dinner service and very nice food.
  : We arrived very late due to an incident at the channel tunnel. Service stations were closed due to our delay so we asked for some additional water at reception ( in addition to the 2 small cans in our room). We were told that they didnt have any as the bar was closed. Furthermore the bed was extremely hot as it had s waterproof mattress protector on it. It was particularly hot during our stay and this made it extremely uncomfortable and little sleep. At breakfast there was a very rude male member of staff - he tried to say we had to pay extra for breakfast but it was included in our price. When he verified this with reception he just left us there and no offer to show us to a table as every other guest was. Not what we expect from an expensive stay.

  : We ordered the hotel taxi to take us to the station and its 60 instead of the normal taxi price of 10 Property needs some tidying up otherwise very nice. Not enough staff. No porters

  : Location - in a beautiful country setting, yet close to Paris. Staff - plentiful, attentive and very friendly. Dinner was excellent. Nice room in the old building - wonderful bed.
  : The bar was too noisy and too brightly lit to our liking.
