  : No internet even though it stated this on the booking website. I had to do a bit of work daily and had to drive to Gordes every morning for internet. If the website had stated that there was no internet, we would 100% have chosen a different location so its very misleading and we feel wronged. You have to change the linen yourself and take off the bed sheets which I would not have expected. It was very naturalistic and we loved that but there was an army of wasps by the pool which with two small kids did worry us a bit but we understand that its a rural area. Check in and general Q&As would have been great to have in a folder in each room along with a few local recommendations.

  : The apartment was a good size, with fully equipped kitchen, living room, and an extra room (more like a closet) with bunk beds for kids. It had a very nice pool and was located close to Gordes, in a nice quiet place.
  : There was no soap when I arrived, no shampoo, no hair drier, no paper towels in the kitchen, and when the toilet paper ran out I had to go buy more. There is NO wifi.

  : I did not stay there. Could not find the place on the first day. On the second day when I finally managed to reach it there was nobody in attendance. When there twice. No luck. Nobody answered the telephone. Then they still charged me in full. Audacity in the extreme.

  : -No toilet paper - we were given less than half a roll when we arrived, for an entire unit! (keep in mind, potentially 6 people could be staying here?!) -had to make our own beds- no sheets were on the beds when we arrived. Also had to strip our beds?? Essentially camping out. - no toiletries offered, not even kitchen soap - the baby crib was torn/ripped, the frame was broken, there was NO mattress provided, therefore we were unable to use the crib at all for our infant. - ants were everywhere, beds, kitchen, floors - we were given 2 towels for 3 people(to use for bath, pool and kitchen!?) -office hours were obscure, no one was there for over 24hours straight -no coffee -shower was not user friendly, good luck shaving ladies -wifi, dont even know overall for $300+/night, you would expect some basic amenities like the ones listed above, which left us in a tough place, especially caring for a little baby....we did not expect this lack of hospitality for the price we paid.
